How do I care for Cloud Nine Products
To ensure the longevity of your Cloud Nine product, please follow these care instructions:
- Cover Care: All our cushions feature removable covers for easy cleaning. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, air dry, or tumble dry on low heat.
- Foam Care: The memory foam core is not machine washable. Please avoid exposing it to water or moisture.
Product Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our 1-year limited warranty. All Cloud Nine products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.
Orders & Shipping
General Shipping Information
We ship internationally.
We offer free shipping on orders above USD$ 50
A shipping fee of USD$ 12.99 will be applied on orders below USD$ 50
- Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
- We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
When will my order be shipped?
- All orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 days.
- All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day
- On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team for customer protection. These orders may be subject to slight shipment delay.
When can I expect to receive my order?
- For shipments within APAC, you can expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days.
- For other international shipments, you can expect your order to arrive in 10-14 business days.
Order Tracking
- A confirmation email that includes tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for activity update.
- Alternatively, you can log in to your account to find tracking information under "Order History"
Returns & Exchange
General Returns Information
We want you to absolutely love your new purchase! So, if you are not happy, send it back. It's that easy! We will accept unworn, unwashed and unused products with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The Return Process
Step 1. Initiating a Return
We are happy to help! Please email hello@thecloudnine.co and make sure to provide us with ALL the following:
- Order or account email address
- Order Number
- Item(s) you would like to return
IF you wish, please tell us why. We strive to do better!
Unfortunately, we currently do not generate shipping labels for returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipments & costs.
(We are working with our shipping partners on this, we will notify you when our returns policy changes!)
Step 2. Send Your Return
Once you have received a return confirmation from us by email, please pack and send back the items you wish to return. In order to speed up the process for your refund, please do not combine multiple returns into one parcel, or separate one return order into multiple boxes. Step 3. Processing & Refund
Please allow up to 5 business days for your returns to be processed after they have arrived at our warehouse. You will be notified immediately via email when the refund has been issued! Depending on you bank and location, please also allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Sorry. Unfortunately, we currently do not generate shipping labels for returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipments & costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
- Sorry. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at the moment. We suggest you to return you order and place a new order for the correct items.

Damaged or Defective Items
- We are so sorry if that has ever happened to you! Please send us an email at hello@thecloudnine.co
- Be sure to include your order number, a picture of the defect item. Once verified, we will send you a new item of the same SKU and take the defect back.
